The largest organ in your body requires the best care possible, a few years ago I remember not even blinking an eyelid about the products I was using on my body and face. Deodorants, perfumes, chemical based foundations, mascara, cleansers and moisturisers the list goes on and on. As a woman in this day and age, the collection of products has become an obsession and something of a trend. However, as time passes and my skin ages I have taken the time to learn more about products that actually do good for my skin rather than harm. The Rose Clay Soap Bar is my absolute favourite soap bar, gentle and rich in oils, it cleanses and calms my never-ending problem with dry skin. The soap bar has a rosy scent so it feels luxurious and fancy. The incorporation of pink clay in the soap helps maintain a youthful appearance and the essential oils of bergamot, ylang ylang and rose geranium help soften and balance moisture in the skin.

 For 9 dollars, it is worth every penny, palm free and low tox. The best part is it lasts for ages so you its 9 dollars well spent. I have ditched commercial and liquid soap as this has helped my skin the most.

Glory Oil

Their website says it’s the holy grail and let me tell you it totally is, it is a delicious scent using cold pressed oil full of omega oils. I use it on my skin where there are stretch marks, scars, dry skin and fine lines. I also use it on my cuticles, nails, body and sometimes in my hair. The smell is my favourite! I actually have the whole range and use the 3 Step System religiously! I highly recommend!

 Yarrow Pom Doterra Oil

 Yarrow Pom is a proprietary blend of Yarrow essential oil and cold-pressed Pomegranate seed oil designed to be your ‘go-to’ blend for your morning and daily routine. Hailed by many Doterra enthusiasts as the liquid botox it really does the job, I apply this daily only on areas where I feel wrinkles are forming and let me tell you when I don’t apply it I notice the difference. I have a very expressive face so by the end of the day the frown line is very obvious but I find after applying the oil the next day the area is more refined and smooth.  Natural products are expensive but investing in your skin at an early age can save you lots of money and headaches in the long run. Remember to always take the time to read for ingredients and make sure that it is something that you're comfortable with, my rule is if I cannot pronounce it I will put it back. We have absolutely no idea what these chemicals can do to our bodies in the long run so investing in your health is the best thing you can do.
